Não consigo imprimir no illustrator

Tenho uma impressors a HP Laser Jet 4303fdw.
Consigo imprimir nos aplicativos da Adobe mas no Illustrator as impresões saem em branco.
O aplicativo envia para a impressora, a página passa pela impressora mas fica em branco!

Será que alguém sabe como resolver?

Try resetting Illuztrator preferences.

Double-click on a layer in the Layers panel and make sure the Print check box is selected.

If it's a temporary issue, try restarting Illustrator or restarting the computer.

As a sorkaround you can print to PDF and then print to your printer.

O problema persiste. Acontece apenas no Illustrator... consigo imprimir nos outros aplicativos Adobe.
Já reinstalei o Illustrator e a impressora, já resetei as preferências como você falou, As layers de todos os arquivos estão marcadas para imprimir.
Nenhum arquivo novo ou antigo é impresso.

Achei interessante que quando abro a fila de impressão da minha impressora (HP4303FDW), a vusualização de impressão já está em branco, diferente de arquivos de outros aplicativos.

Does this happen with all files or just some files?

If it only happens with some files, the file might be corrupt. You could try copying the file to a new Illustrator document and then try printing.

Does printing the Illustrator file to PDF and then printing the PDF work for you?
