Não é concluir a operação em função de um erro desconhecido

Após a última atualização do Illustrator ai, todas as vezes que tento abrir o software Adobe Illustrator exibe a seguinte mensagem"Não é concluir a operação em função de um erro desconhecido", pressiono "OK", a mensagem se repete e depois fecha.

Não sei o que fazer? algum solução?

Estou utilizando a o Illustrator versão Beta 27.10.215 (64bit). Sistema Windows 10 Pro 22H2, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz, 16,0 GB RAM, Sistema operacional de 64 bits, processador baseado em x64

We have released a new Illustrator Beta version 28.0.42, which includes various fixes and improvements. It might be worth trying to update to this latest beta version to see if it resolves the issue you're facing. Please ensure that you uninstall the current beta version first, restart your computer, and then install the new beta version from the Creative Cloud app.

 

Please let us know if the problem persists even after updating to the latest beta version.
