Thanks for reaching out. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 is supported by Illustrator. If the option to enable GPU acceleration is not available, kindly try a clean reinstall of the GPU drivers (https://help.bethesda.net/#en/answer/57037) and resetting Illustrator's preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) to check if it helps.

Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may save a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.
