Need download link for Illustrator 2024 (V28) due to DXF scaling bugs in v29/30

Question

I’m experiencing scaling issues when handling DXF files in illustrator 2025 and 2026. I would like to roll back to Illustrator 2024 (v28), But this is no longer showing up under Other Versions in Creative Cloud.

Can an Adobe staff member please provide a direct download link for the Illustrator 2024 installer package? I’m running Windows 11. Thanks for your help.

There are no official ways to obtainIllustrator 2024 anymore. Only the current version + the preceding one are available (that is, 2026 + 2025), as you know anyway. In theory, you can try contacting Adobe support and ask for the 2024 installer, but the chances they’ll provide you the download link are slim.Is this bug a knownIllustrator bug?
