Need Guidance on Changing a Circular Text Path

Hello Creators,

I'm new to Illustrator. I've been practicing for a few months learning techniques. I'm on the technique of learning to type text in a circular path. Can someone assist me with learning how to change the text in this photoe. The symbol is in ESP format and the text is in outline. I currently use Illustrator CS6. I don't mind being referered to videos as long as they have closed captioning because I'm deaf. Thank you in advance to anyone who replies.
