I've been trying to convert my png from procreate into a vectorized version on Ai but there is no "threshold" tool and my colors are coming out distorted can anyone help? Have they moved the threshold tool?

You can set the number of colors during Image Trace.

The threshold is a setting. It's only available for black and white.
