Not showing libraries files after sleep mode. I want to restart Illustrator to view libraries files. need help

I already talked to them they said they would talk to the product team about this. i also tried an older version but not work.

We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter technical issues while working in Illustrator. Would you mind trying the following steps to check if they help:
- Close all Adobe applications

- Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove Creative Cloud, CCLibraries and CCXProcess (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html).

- Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html).

- Relaunch Illustrator

it didn't work,
not just Illustrator but the whole app from Adobe Library won't work after sleep mode. I also contacted support, and they did everything they knew but nothing worked. please help.
