New computer_want to remove unwanted fonts

I just purchased a new computer.

macOS Catalina, version 10.15.2

Mac Pro (2019)

I activated Illustrator 2019- 23.1.1

Where did all these fonts come from???

See Screenshot below. Font list in Illustrator

I then turned on Word, similar font list.

I have also purchased the newest Font Agent Pro 9.5.3, so it is compatible with Catalina.

I prefer to manage my fonts using Font Agent Pro.

Did these fonts come in from Apple, or from Adobe, or from Microsoft Office???

I can not find that folder. I call it Font Bloat.

For example, I do not want Cosmic Sans activated.

Where and how can I find these fonts so I can remove.

I think you are seeing fonts as something that comes with an app; almost all fonts are included in the system so you should not be surprised to see the same list in each app. Here are the fonts included with Catalina: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210192. Be very cautious about disabling any included fonts, things may stop working.
