new document window not showing presets

in the latest version (24.3) when i press new document, the window where i can choose between print, web, mobile a.s.o only showing some presets from adobe stock and not actual presets. its very annoying to get advertising instead of a working interface. how can i change that back to normal?

    Did you reset the preferences when updating?

    When was the last computer restart?

     

    Please try and reset the prefs by renaming the folder to see if it helps: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html

     

    Next time please embed the screenshot in your post, sopeople don't have to take the extra steps to download it, open it and delete the download.

    i reset preferences, it did not solve the problem. and, believe it or not, i restart my computer every day 🙂 btw. my browser opens the screenshot directly, i dont have to download it. also there is a button below the commet textbox to upload files. maybe thats the reason why i used it for the screenshot.

    The direct display of attached files has not been implemented in September 2020 when I gave that answer.

     

    In the forum we cannot know what you have already done to solve your problem and believe it or not, rebooting the computer is the thing that helps with most different issues.

     

    Unless people are marked as staff they aren't staff, but volunteers, but please go ahead asking for help and then dissing the people who care to answer.
