New file creation not working...... %CCX_FNFT_DIALOG_NAME

Aftar reinstalling Adobe Illustrator CC 2018, I cant create new file,

when I'm creating a new file the blank dialog box appears with header  %CCX_FNFT_DIALOG_NAME

I saw a post where they suggest me to use the

"Legacy  'New file' Interface" from edit>preferences>general

its solved the new file creation problem

but i want the main window of Creating new file option where resent files shows up,

i need those dialog box of new file instead of legacy new file

Had the same problem.  Not an issue with your OS or your Machine. 

 

Close Illustrator.  Open the C:/ drive>program files 86>common files>Adobe>CEP

 

Cut the CEP folder and paste on desktop.  Worked for me.  

 

I then deleted the folder and all was well.

Had the same problem.  Not an issue with your OS or your Machine.

Cut the CEP folder and paste on desktop.  Worked for me.  

 

I then deleted the folder and all was well.

    Its not working in Windows 20H2, I just update my Indesgin CC 2021 and thats it. It works fine.

    Kindly follow the troubleshooting steps as mentioned below to resolve the issue:

             https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

    • Install the creative cloud desktop app and sign in.
    • Try launching the application E.g. InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop and check if the issue is resolved.

    Thanks for the confirmation. What's the exact OS version running in your machine? If you are using a Windows machine, do share the graphics card details. In case of Intel graphics card, you can try to disable the GPU performance in the preferences and check.

    Do share your findings.

    What happens if you do both?

    In Preferences check:

    Show the Start Workspace When No Documents Are Open

    and

    Use Legacy "File New" Interface
