New File Text Field Misaligned

Minor issue but pretty annoying. In the "New File" menu at start-up, all the input fields are too high within their respective spaces. This vertical misalignment causes the tops of the digits to be cut off.

This issue has been ongoing for months. I reset all preferences several times. I also uninstalled and then reinstalled Illustrator, but the issue just will not go away.
