New PC and can't find AI images from old computer

Hi,

First of all, I am totally not tech savvy so I apologize. I had Microsoft Surface Pro 4 that went all pixelated on one side and needed to be repaired. I sent it in and they couldn't repair it so I got a replacement Surface Pro 6. I got Best Buy to do complete data transfer from my old PC. I am now just downloading Adobe Illustrator and signing in and cannot find any of the images/designs I made on my previous computer. They were all saved and backed up so I'm curious where the heck do I find them? Someone told me that once I signed back into Illustrator all my files would be on it still. Like I said I am basically clueless and do not know what I am doing lol. Any help appreciated

If you saved files to the Cloud, yes you can sign in and find them via the cloud. But if Best Buy did a file transfer, I assume that they actually put your files onto your new computer somewhere.
