Question

New version still falling down very often

Hallo, 

 

I have strong  computer, new version of Illustrator, new version of drivers, uninstalled and installed app and still app is crashing very often, not possible work continuously.

Pls help

You might want to use the Cleaner Tool.

No one seems to like this solution, but it worked for me, and several other people on here have used it successfully...

If you are on a Mac you might want to consider making a new user profile, and installing in to that. I'm NOT on a Mac, but again, this has worked for many people on this forum...

I am working not working on Mac now.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend trying an older version of the driver (6.3.46-2) to see if it resolves the issue. I was having a similar issue with Adobe Illustrator. The driver for my Wacom Intuos Pro M was causing Adobe Illustrator to crash, and do so very quickly. Illustrator wouldn't run for more than a few minutes beforet the application window hanged and then vanished.

First, you need to disconnect the Wacom tablet from your Mac and then uninstall the driver.

Visit Wacom's drivers page:
https://www.wacom.com/en-us/support/product-support/drivers

Scroll down to the download links for the Mac and Windows versions of their drivers. Click on the link to "Older Versions." Download the 6.4.0-9 driver released on 11/21/22. That should solve the crash problems.
