New version won't download

Tried to get the newest update and was getting an install error. So I removed AI and tried a fresh install and now it errors about 20% in. I'm on a M1 Ultra Mac Studio and a 2 gig a sec fiber line, so I don't thnk its a me issue. Any ideas adobe?

    Have you already tried using the Adobe CC Cleaner tool to remove Illustrator and then re-install it?

    This was 100% an Adobe server issue. I jumped on my VPN and switched to Canada and downloaded and installed on the first try.
