Newbie - Simplify SVG

Hello,

I am an illustrator newbie and I need to generate a clean path to machine it later.

So I have succeed to import my image and cleanup most of the background, ... but still I have some glitches and I would like to find an easy way to fix it. Btw, the smooth tool doesn't work or maybe I doesn't use it correctly.

Here are the kind of stuffs I would like to fix: (in red)
