Newest AI no DXF Export?

Really Adobe? I am running AI (the newest) on an ASUS with Windows 10. AI has worked fine for months.

I have been creating files in Illustrator, Exporting as .DXF and sending the files to a client for plasma cutting. Since the last update a couple of weeks ago there is a very limited Export As... menu selection, none of which is DXF. Never had any issues previously.

My work-around has been to open the files in Inkscape to export as a DXF. Why should I have to do this?

I have perused most of the answers regarding this but it still unclear how I can fix AI DXF export.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Multiple users have reported this issue. I would request you to please share a few more details like:

What is the width & height of your Canvas/ Artboard?
Is this happening while exporting a specific file?
Could you please share this file with us? You can upload it to the Creative Cloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, or any other similar service and share the download link here or via DM. We'll check it at our end.

I can export DXF from the latest vesion for Mac. Version 26.0.2

Hi if new version is working fine for you few months back maybe windows is the reason sometime which cause disturbance in software or wait for some new update of AI to get fixed..regards
