No blank options for 'Create New', Illustrator 21

Just what the title says, I cannot just create a new document in Illustrator. The only options on the new documents screen is to download templates from Adobe Stock! I don't need templates, I need to be able to create my own files. Fix it!!!

Windows 10 version: 20H2

 

I already did a workaround by uninstalling AI and deleting all preferences, then reinstalling AI.

 

Which worked for now.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS? Have you tried resetting preferences?

If not, please try doing so & let us know if it helps.

You may follow the workaround suggested by Ton in the meantime.

Preferences > General > Use legacy "File New" Interface
