No bleed when exporting

This has worked fine for me since I've started Illustrator, and suddenly changed this week. I go to Export As>Format (PNG) / Use Artboard, and the bleed will be left out of the png file. This is how I had saved files before, and never had an issue. Is this a bug? Is there a workaround aside from making a new artboard that includes the bleed?

This happens often after an update (this week). It has also created another bug - the Artboard names no longer save on export as...

Re your issue above - a past resolve - and worked for me just now as same issue (again Adobe!) select Export for screens - check box with bleed. Do this just once.

Now use the usual Export as - and bleeds if in use will export also.

Export for Screens has an Include Bleed option.

Have you tried exporting with "Use Artboards" unchecked? Sounds like the exported art is being cropped to your artboard.
