Hello,

I savede pictures on adobe cloud. I can see them when I go to creative cloud desktop app files.

But when I am on ilustrator and try to place immages from my files on creative cloud, it says no cloud documents - yet.

I already tried logoff, and back onn creative cloud, tried different versions of Ilustrator (2025 and 2025 beta), tried saving pictures in different areas and tried relink and place options but nothing makes it work.

Hello @Antonio Santos,

Could you share more details, like the version of the OS/Illustrator installed, and share a small screen recording of your workflow, including where the files are stored and how you are trying to add them in Illustrator, so I can better assist you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
