NO FUNCIONA!

Desde hace unos días eh querido abrir un documento de Ai y solo me aparece como cargando pero de ahi no pasa. Al igual intento hacer un documento completamente desde 0 y pasa lo mismo.

Ya me cerciore que mi programe este actualizado al igual que mi computadora y todo esta en regla.

Ya intente desinstarlo e instalarlo y aun sigue igual, cabe aclarar que solo Ai me esta fallando.

Intente abrir en otra computadora el Ai y el archivo que deseo abrir y se abre rapido y sin ningun problema.

¿Que puedo hacer?

Adobe released an update with a bug. I hope they will solve soon because a lot of user have the same problem. To fix temporary, enter in option, after opening Illustrator and disable "GPU" in "Performance" section.

 

It happens on New Mac M1 Silicon?

Illustrator versione 26.2.1?

Or Update (disappeared) 26.3?

I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, kindly update Illustrator to version 26.3.1 and the macOS on your system to version 12.4 and share your observations.

UPDATE: if you activate root account on mac and you restart in Root account, illustrator works perfectly with GPU activated in performance options. 
I suppose that is a problem of privileges of access. 

We will wait Adobe Support.
