No glyph error

Hello. I have a problem with a font. I know that it has both

Cyrillic and Latin symbols but when I install it and type smth in Illustrator it has only Latin symbols. Cyrillic ones are shown as 'no glyph'. It shows all symbols correctly on other computers (Windows 10). Photoshop and Word doesn't show Cyrillic as well. Please, help me fix this problem.
