No GPU for Mockup(Beta)

With the recent update I've been getting the following error when attempting to use the new Mockup Feature. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and am still getting this error.

I'm sorry to hear you're facing issues with the new Mockup feature. To better assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your Illustrator's performance settings from the preferences menu?

Also, to further diagnose the problem and see if there's any potential solution, the product team has requested the "AISniffer" file from your system. Please locate and share this file as requested:

Navigate to the following folder on your computer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 27 Settings\<locale>\x64
You should find the "AISniffer" file in this location.

This information will help them understand your system configuration better and further investigate this.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, @Sarah254029964jwo. It appears that your GPU does not meet Illustrator's minimum requirements. Illustrator typically requires a GPU with at least 1024MB of VRAM. Since your GPU has 512MB of VRAM, this could be a contributing factor to the problem you're experiencing with the Mockup feature.

However, we still need the "AISniffer" file to better understand your system configuration. Please follow the steps mentioned earlier to locate this file and then share it with us.
