No Longer have access for violation...???

I literally just signed up and installed AI yesterday. I have only gone into it to try the Text to Vector tool, it has never worked. I have only ever gotten an error message saying the system was too busy an try again later. 

Today, I went in there to try again and I got this..... What in the heck?
