Resulta que inicio sesion con la cuenta de la universidad y pasan como unas semanas y me dicen que la prueba a finalizado y no me deja volver a acceder

Thanks for reaching out. I hope the issue is resolved now. If not, I would suggest contacting our Teams account technical support. You may ask your IT Admin or whomsoever manage the CC subscription to contact our Teams account technical support through the admin console, as the issue you are facing can only be resolved through the Admin console by the system admin. So you have a university account for the Creative Cloud? What does the system admin say?
