No mm option when creating new document

Hi, I'm creating a new document and it's not offering cm or mm.

I've tried the following

edit - reset preferences

edit - preferences - units -mm

restarting the program

Can someone please help

Did you also restart your computer? If that does not help try uninstalling and reinstalling?
