No popup menus in Illustrator 2023 / 27.6

Hey guys,

anyone here has the same problem that all submenus dont show up?

Whereever I normally can popup a submenu to change settings: With the current version they wont show up. So it isnt possible to setup any tools or functions in Illustrator 27.6.

Which menus do not show up? The main menu? The context menu?

Menus in dialog boxes?

Do you have a second monitor attached?

Did you already reboot the computer? Reset the preferences?

It doesn't popup any context menu of tools, export window, other windows, menu bar, etc.

But works fine in Illustrator Beta 28.2.26
