No puedo descargar ilustrator

Compre y pague para tener Ilustrator por 1 mes, sin embargo al intenar descargarlo me da el siguiente mensaje:

"Lo sentimos, pero Illustrator no podrá ejecutarse en tu sistema operativo. Para poder continuar, deberás actualizar."

No entiendo a que se refiere con actualizar. Mi sistema operativo? Mi plan? Si es este último entonces me esta cobrando más por un plan que no es de mi interés. Es confuso, si ya pague por el programa por que no lo puedo descargar.
