No puedo previsualizar CPU ni GPU

Hola, cuando abro un documento me aparece en puros contornos y cuando quiero cambiarlo a vista de CPU o GPU me aparece el siguiente mensaje:

"No se puede acabar de previsualizar. No se puso completar la operación."

What happens if you use Ctrl/Cmd+Y (hold Ctrl or Cmd and press Y)?

 

It toggles between Outline View and Preview.

    Gracias por responder, el problema es que me aparece un cuadro de texto que no me deja cambiar a cpu ni gpu

    Could you share more details, like the version of the OS/Illustrator installed, and if Illustrator behaves this way with all files, so I can better assist you?
    Also, if you're using a Windows computer, try performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU(s) drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/45l2xNw) and sharing your observations.
