No se abre ningún documento

Question

Al abrir un documento desde la página principal de Ilustrator, se muestran los paneles y la barra de herramientas, pero no se muestra el documento en si. AYUDA, necesito completar un proyecto para mañana y no se como hacer que funcione Illustrator.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS & Illustrator? Have you tried resetting the preferences of the app?

Additionally, you may try disabling the GPU Performance under Preferences > Performance & let us know if it helps. This information would help us assist you accordingly.
