NO SE PUEDE PREVISUALIZAR Y PIERDO TODO.

Hola! cada vez que quiero hacer un trabajo, me sale un cartel que no se puede previsualizar el documento y pierdo todo por más que lo haya guardado hace dos días que me lo hace y estoy haciendo una y otra vez los mismos trabajos por perderlos. Entro a la nube pero no tengo para actualizar Ai. Tengo istalado el 2020, la versión 24.1.1.
