No se que le sucede a mi illustration

Mi borrador esta habilitado y hace el trazo PERO NO BORRA, la funcion de union de trazos esta habilitada pero NO UNE TRAZOS, la funcion de agrupar y desagrupar esta habilitada pero NO UNE Y DESAGRUPA. Mi illustrator no funcionar y a este paso no voy a volver a pagar por esto.
