No support for arc integrated graphics cards with the new intel ultra series

Question

I was used to using illustrator successfully with my previous laptop, which had intel Iris. I know have a more powerful ultra 9 chip, but my experience in illustrator has been significantly worse. I can't even use any AI features due Illustrator finding my graphics card incompatible. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue?
