noisy outlines around the text

Hi. When I want to write something in the illustrator, there seems to be an outline all around the text. and even in the final file (like jpg) it's still there. what is it and what should I do?

Your image on the screen or exported to JPG is your graphic in pixels. This is how this works.

The lower the resolution, the more you will see the edges of the pixels. The higher the resolution, the smoother things will render.
