Not able to install Illustrator CC2020

cannot open my illustrator 2020. Tried to reinstall and it stops at 5%. Tried to uninstall and got missing driver message that may have been corected with reinstall but could not reinstall. Reloaded missing dll file and received same message and then other dll file missings. Photoshop and Indesign properly. Creative cloud app behaves as Illustrator
