Hello @Jennifer31251480gerx
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble using the 3D Inflate option in Illustrator due to insufficient RAM. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Increase available memory:

  • Quit all other applications to free up memory.
  • Choose the right size for your paging file (the area of the hard drive that stores virtual memory). Choose a hard drive not used for the Illustrator scratch disk for best performance.
  • Illustrator performs best when the paging file's maximum size is about three times the amount of installed RAM.

Install additional RAM:

  • If Illustrator has insufficient RAM, it uses hard disk space (virtual memory, scratch disk, or both) to process information. Illustrator is fastest when it can process information in memory without using a hard disk.

Choose a Scratch Disk with enough space:

  • Navigate to Preferences > Plug-ins & Scratch Disk.
  • In the Primary and Secondary lists, choose disks with enough space.

Additionally, try the suggestions shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/not-enough-memory-illustrator-cc.html) and share your observations. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Anubhav
