"Not Aligned to pixel grid" not available

I am following along with a tutorial and it suggest using "Not Aligned to Pixel Grid" under Object in the Select menu. However that option doesn't show up on my computer. I am using Illustrator 23.1.1 on a macbook pro running Mojave 10.14.6.

    That has changed, now make sure that View > Snap to Pixel is unchecked.
