Hello.

​Not enough memory to open illustration.

The above message is coming when i am opening .ai format file. I tried to open it from two different computers with the same results. Can any one explain the source of this error?

I have even re-install Adobe Illustrator and it still doesn't work.

    What version?

    What OS?

    How much RAM?

    What is the "Scratch Disk" preference set to? Does the disk have ample space available?

    Are these files you've opened in the past on this machine?

    Have you tried opening them in a previous version of AI (I always keep the previous version of AI installed for troubleshooting)?

    Does your computer have room for more RAM? That might be necessary.
