Not loading my workspace or shortcuts. Also AI is not opening in the mode I like.. Also, I havent been savvingin cloud,but cloud panel appears upon opening ??????

So you just updated and your workspace didn't get migrated?

Or did this just happen out of the lue? Perhaps Illustrator had a hiccup and reset its Preferences.

happeneed after playing with new pattern tool,then it crashhed! reseting preference did not help.

I tried to creaate new work spaces but they arnt being saved!

Probably you need to reset the preferences, beause that's where all this stuff gets stored.
