Buenos días, mi nombre es valeria osorio y hace poco cambie mi plan de paga para el programa de illustrator sin embargo recibí un correo hace algunos días donde me decía que la solución al problema ADB-XXXXXX-XXXX se cerro.

me podrían explicar que paso y si mi nueva forma de plan de pago fue cancelada?
