Ocorreu um erro com o Illustrator e ele precisa ser fechado.

ola contratei os serviços da adobe recentemente e estou com dificuldades, primeiro que sempre quando entro em um dos aplicativos, acontece o erro ( Ocorreu um erro com o Illustrator e ele precisa ser fechado. ) e eu preciso muito resolver ele pq trabalho com isso, ja tentei de tudo com o codigo 205 mas nada acontece, firewall ja mudei varias vezes mas nada, eu preciso de uma ajuda

olá não consegui resolver o problema ainda, não funcionou nenhuma das alternativas
