Öffnen meiner Dateien in Illustrator nicht mehr möglich

Hallo,
seit Februar 24 kann ich meine Dokumente in Illustrator nicht mehr öffnen. Alle Daten habe ich auf meinem Rechner gespeichert, nicht in einer Cloud. Trotzdem erhalte ich beim Versuch, die Daten in Illustrator zu öffnen, folgende Meldung: Der Vorgang kann nicht vollständig ausgeführt werden, weil ein unbekannter Fehler aufgetreten ist. (DFER) Hat jemand eine Ahnung, wie ich dieses Problem lösen könnte? In allen anderen Programmen der Creative Cloud kann ich meine Dokumente auch weiterhin öffnen, nur in Illustartor nicht.

    Hallo Tina, ich habe seit kurzem dasselbe Problem mit einer Datei. Bist du schon auf eine Lösung/ einen Grund gekommen?

    Ich verwende AI 2024 Version 28.5 bei einem Betriebssystem macOS Sonoma 14.5.

    We're sorry for the delayed response. Is this issue happening with a specific file or with all the files you try to open in Illustrator? Have you tried reinstalling Illustrator and trying it with fresh preferences? Updating to version 28.6 might also help. These steps can help us narrow down the issue and find a solution.

    Hello @tinaschmidt,

     

    Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind allowing Full Disk Access for Illustrator under preferences (https://kb.synology.com/en-us/C2/tutorial/How_to_enable_Full_Disk_Access_on_a_Mac) and then relaunching it to check if it helps?

     

    Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.
