Old illustrator file now opening with different font style

Dear Sir/Madam,

Since i am working in pharma company, where time is most precious with delivery time management.

But very sorry to say like BIG company ADOBE, with best personnel and lab testing method with all latest sops and guidelines as per latest.

Our old files when we open suddenly comes font changes from arial to futura or anything else.

Kindly send us urgent patch on my email id [email removed] so we can fix on urgent basis.

We are sending same files for printing purpose, if due to fonts changed label or carton printed mistakely, we have to claim from your company for a big loss.

Kindly consider as sincrere request from us, we are struggling everyday with adobe for new problems comes. Fix it up on urgent issue like that.
