Older version of Adobe Illustrator 2019 is not listing in CC App

In Illustrator CC2019, there were multiples release done by Adobe, it starts from 23.0.0. And it went till 23.0.6 and then 23.1. 

Problem is,

  • for few team members, 23.1 vesion is not listing but it retains 23.0.3 in Creative Cloud App
  • for few team members, both 23.1 and 23.0.3 in Creative Cloud App

Why is this happening in Creative Cloud ?

Is Adobe Illustator CC 2019 23.1 the final version / build for 2019 version ?

Please guide me.

    Hi Ramnath,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. Adobe Illustrator ver23.1 is the final version of CC2019 release.
    Users who see other older versions in the app, might have not uninstalled that specific version from the computer and that is why it appears in the list of Apps. You can have multiple versions installed on the machine for an app.

    Adobe is only providing Illustrator ver23.1 for CC2019 and latest Adobe Illustrator ver24.0.1 for CC2020.
