Hi,

 

How do you change the rulers' color?

 

I assume it would be somewhere in the Preferences Settings section. If it is, however, I sure can't find it.

Thanks for reaching out. As pointed out by Mylenium, colors for rulers cannot be changed. You may, however, change the colors for guides by following the steps shared in this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qjfsmU0Bi8c.

Some things cannot be changed and that is one of those. Adobe apps are not the most flexible when it comes to UI customization.
