On garbled characters when opening dwg file

Nice to meet you.

When we changed the environment as follows,

When opening the dwg file,

The text part written with MS P Gothic on dwg got garbled.

Is there any way?

Change before

Illustrator CS 6 · · · Normal display

↓

After change

Illustrator CC 2017 · · · Fault indication

There are CS 6 and CC 2017 on the same terminal, but the difference as described above comes out.
