on illustrator cc and mac os 10.12.6, shift+command+option key doesn't work!!

When I want to rest my illustor, the shift command option (reset key) doesn't work.

But, It certainly work on photoshop. What can I do for this situation???

    I don't understand Korean, so I can't read some of the file names.

    Did you change any preferences?

    Did you create your own workspaces?

    Did you change keyboard shortcuts?

    Did you install any brushes, swatches, graphic styles?

    If you didn't change anything, then this folder will be just recreated as it was.

    If you did indeed change stuff, you could first locate it and store it.

    WHy do you think you need to reset the preferences? Does Illustrator not work?

    You can also just rename that folder. Illustrator will then create a new one. And you can see if that solves your original error. If it does, delete the old (renamed) folder.

    I did't do anything.. But it doesn't matter now!!

    When I rename that folder, I created new one. It was same with renamed one.

    Very thank you..!!!! I still don't know why my key doesn't work only in illustrator, I think it doesn't matter now. Thank you for your kind regard and answer. I hope you enjoy your good weekend.

      After restart my mac book, I closed all my software. And I tried reset key. But it still not work. All other programs( photoshop, After effect, Indesign) work well...

      Can you answer to this question?

      I entered my prefernces folder and I found "Adobe Illustrator 21 settings" folder.

      In "Adobe Illustrator 21 settings" folder, there are a lot of things. What should I delete to reset my illustator? ( I'm korean, so there is not 'adobe illustrator prefs' file. So I delete "Adobe Illustrator 21 settings" folder. I can see resetting.  But I'm so worry about deleting that folder.)

      ( this is "Adobe Illustrator 21 settings" folder.)

      Thank you!!! I solved my problem. But, I didn't solve all problem.

      Can I know why cmd option shift key doesn't work??

      Some software is known to intercept and catch shortcuts before they reach Illustrator.

      There are browser plugins, banking software, even e-mail software.

      Can you try and restart the computer, then launch no other software and try again?

      Yes, Photoshop works well, But illustator does not work.

      You can't find the folder?

      So you know how to access the user library folder on a Mac? It's hidden by default.

      What makes you think it does not work?

      Photoshop will give you a warning when you try to reset, but Illustrator does not warn you and resets the preferences.

      In mac book , alt is same with option!

      And, when I follow your link, It doesn't match with my mac.

      You have to press Shift+Cmd+Alt when launching Illustrator.

      You can also rename the Preferences folder (or move it)
