ONCE UPON A TIME, WITH ADOBE DIMENSION, it was possible to set up a view (isometric from top for example) and extrude and position all the pieces easily.
now with Illustrator I have to set everything at the single path level and this complicates things for me.
Is it possible to do the same as with Adobe Dimension?

Save a graphic style for your 3D objects. But that's all you can do in Illustrator.
