One or more words in your prompt violate user guidlines
Illustrator gives an error when writing absolutely any prompt. It is impossible to generate an image in either the beta or the main version

I have the same situation. Any even the most harmless prompt calls a window with such a message. Which makes it almost impossible to use this function. And it does not matter on what system. On different computers, one of which is a Mac. Also different versions of Illustrator. In the screenshot, a clean, newly installed Illustrator 29.3.1. It is installed for the sake of purity of the experiment in "Windows Sandbox", which has also just been launched.

Hi @Cryogenixx @a_5642,

Thanks for your patience! Based on what you’ve described, this issue might be related to regional restrictions. Currently, Firefly (Generative AI) features aren’t available in Russia. I checked, and it seems that either your region is set to Russia or your language is set to Russian, which could be causing this error.

Best,

Hello @Cryogenixx,

I appreciate you bringing this up. I’m unable to reproduce the issue on my end, but I’m checking with the team. In the meantime, could you confirm the following details?

  1. The version of Illustrator you’re using.
  2. Your operating system version.
  3. Whether you’re connected to a home or office network.
  4. If any third-party firewall or antivirus software is running—try disabling it temporarily to see if that helps.
  5.  Share your Illustrator preferences folder with us. For the location, check this HelpX: [https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html]
  6. Try resetting Illustrator’s preferences and see if the issue persists.

Let me know what you find, and we’ll continue troubleshooting from there!

Best,

Anshul Saini

I disabled the firewall and antivirus, it worked once. Now when I disable the antivirus it doesn't work. There is no such problem in Photoshop.
