open any menu item by script

Hello @ all,

does somebody know, if there is a way to open any menu item by script (Javascript) in illustrator CS5/5.1?

perhaps something like this: "app.menuActions.itemByID(0123).invoke()". I looked at the scripting reference, but i didn't found it.
