Open .idea (Adobe Ideas) files

I am trying to open the .idea files in Illustrator.
The move from Adobe Ideas to Draw to Fresco corrupted the files.

 

Product description shows that AI support .idea files and it was last updated in Nov 2021
But Open file in AI doesn't show .idea as an option, and it says that .idea is not recognized as a file.

 

I there a way to open these files in AI?
Adobe support didn't help much. I only got canned answers.

It seems to be working fine with 2019.

 

Over 30 years using Adobe products, the first time I needed help.

Something that should have taken 5 minutes to answer, as you did, and support couldn't manage.

The last version that lists support for ideas is CC 2019.

Can you install that on your machine?
